Baby Food Blending Tips
• Always consult your pediatrician on appropriate foods for your
child’s age.
• Precook meats completely.
• For a smoother consistency, steam or boil hard fruits and vegeta-
bles for approximately 10–20 minutes or until tender.
• Cool cooked foods thoroughly and chop into small pieces.
• Fill jar halfway; then puree foods, adding small amounts of water
or cooking liquid to reach the desired consistency.
• As your baby gets older, foods can have a chunkier consistency.
Adjust blending accordingly.
Wash, peel, and prep food. Fill
container halfway, adding small
amounts of liquid. For best
results, solid foods should be no
larger than 1–in. (2.5-cm) chunks.
Stir to check consistency. Add
additional liquid and repeat Step
4 if necessary.
Cut Hazard.
Always inspect attachments before each use. Do
not use cracked, bent, or damaged attachments.
w WARNING
Turn motor housing clockwise to
tighten and counterclockwise to
loosen while holding attachment.
Plug into outlet.
Use Low speed initially. Do not
immerse the motor housing past
the top metal portion of blending
attachment.
